Forterra Investment Partners is a private equity firm specializing in commercial real estate. Since its formation in 1994, Forterra Investment Partners and its predecessor companies have specialized in selecting compelling investment opportunities in markets throughout the U.S.

We are dedicated to providing value to our sponsor partners and investors alike by offering deals structured to suit the financing needs of the individual project. In a world with anonymous online investing, we believe that knowing our investors personally adds value to them, supports an environment of trust, and leads to long-term relationships.  Likewise, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to deal structuring. Instead, we offer custom solutions tailored to benefit all those involved in the project. We’ve been conducting our business in this manner for nearly three decades and our experience has allowed us to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of all of our constituents, create structures that align our interests, thereby mitigating risks inherent in the life of an investment when those interests can become cross-purposed.
